This session may be conducted in person or online. The monetary investment includes the time I will spend researching and meditating on your chart before we meet, as well as the time we'll spend together.

Each session includes:

 - An overview of your birth chart

 - An analysis of your natural gifts as well as pitfalls/habits that may not serve you

 - An exploration of the karma you've brought into this life that you're ready to process in the current life. (We can approach this as an ancestral or DNA story depending on your personal beliefs.)

 - A karmic "remedy," or suggestion for how you might best embrace the energy of your chart and move forward on your evolutionary path

Sessions shorter than one hour will be done remotely; one-hour sessions may be conducted in person or online.

Each session includes:

- Conversation and intention setting for our healing session

- Calming the nervous system

- Energy healing in alignment with your needs

- Recommendations for fostering self-healing

I offer workshops on topics such as living intentionally, manifesting, and exploring intuitive tools and abilities. These experiences encourage mindfulness, openness, and creativity and work well in small or large groups in both personal and professional settings.
